- Habitat for Humanity of the Tri-State is holding two Applicant Seminars for interested homebuyers in Scioto County, OH. One will be at 3PM and another at 6PM. This seminar will be where one can learn about the program and how to apply. Applications are available at the seminar and on our website (www.hfhtristate.org).
